Established in 2014, J L Institution is a dedicated education and training provider focused on empowering vulnerable groups through professional learning and skill development. Infant Care – Empowering educators, early childhood professionals, mid-career switchers, and new parents with the skills to nurture young children holistically. Our program covers child development, emotional well-being, and nutritional needs to support healthy growth. Learners are trained to understand how children think, feel, and behave — enabling them to build stronger bonds and meaningful relationships through empathy and communication.
Elder Care – Equipping eldercare workers, caregivers, and individuals who wish to enter the eldercare sector with professional training and certification to support seniors in aging with dignity, independence, and respect. We also support adults who wish to learn the right skills to care for their elderly loved ones at home.
