Dickson is a serial entrepreneur and experienced investor. He has built businesses in education, retail and services sectors.

He is also Principal of J L Institution, where he oversee the courseware developers and trainers for Diploma and WSQ Certificate level courses.

He co-founded the institution in 2015, taking the reins of Principalship in 2017. They are accredited under Skills Future Singapore – Committee for Private Education.
