My experience after attending my first basic counseling course was a pretty gd one. We were a quiet class however the lecturer - Ms Geok Lan - was such a lively person. With her good cheer and guidance, I don't find it boring to have a full 2-day lesson at all. After just a day of lesson, I'm already enthusiastic to work on my new skill set of para-counseling and spread a better cause towards a better future and society.

Our trainer Mdm Geok Lan was awesome, i am so happy to be in her class. The class was so fun and very engaging, with a good mix of theoretical knowledge and role-play exercises. She was ensured everyone in the class understood the concepts, made us laugh and made the class memorable.

I personally feel I am at the right place to improve my knowledge in self improvement and share with people around me. And build meaningful relationship and help them overcome their challenges and difficult moments by assuring them by travelling together. My sincere gratitude to JL Institution for having Ms Geok Lan as our Trainer for her patience and delivering very efficiently upon our questions based on the Para Counselling.
