J L Institution appoints a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee compliance with data protection obligations under the PDPA. The DPO is responsible for:

- Developing and implementing data protection policies and practices
- Handling data protection-related queries and complaints
- Managing and investigating data breaches
