Course overview
This course transforms classical strategic wisdom into structured, practical business competencies for today’s leaders. Learners apply frameworks such as environmental scanning, resource-based analysis, strategic positioning, workforce planning, innovation modelling and workplace optimisation planning.
Selected Romance of the Three Kingdoms scenarios are used as contextual case illustrations, with hands-on activities that strengthen strategic judgement, entrepreneurial thinking, talent management capability and organisational leadership effectiveness — supporting progression into managerial, business expansion and cross-functional strategic roles.
Entry requirements: aged 18 and above with at least one month of working experience, and secondary-level education or English and numeracy at Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 4.
Practical learning
Sixteen hours of contextual historical case illustrations and hands-on activities that apply organisational analysis, entrepreneurship, talent strategy and workplace optimisation to modern business challenges.
