Sun Xue started being a management representative with J L Institution, an approved training organization under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Under her leadership, the institution got its recent Enhanced Regulatory Framework (ERF) renewal for 4 years.

In addition, she leads the Marketing and Operation Department at Joyre Group, an established name for comprehensive wellness programmes.
