No prior full caregiving experience is required — you’ll receive structured instruction, step-by-step practice and hands-on training.

What You’ll Learn

  • Recognise common chronic health conditions affecting seniors (e.g., mobility issues, incontinence, chronic illness)

  • Carry out proper preparation and assist in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with respect, privacy & dignity: hygiene, toileting, feeding, mobility support

  • Proper waste-disposal, hygiene and infection control procedures

  • Identify abnormalities or changes in client condition and carry out appropriate response

  • First aid technique

  • Work safely, ethically and professionally in a caregiving environment
