Course overview
Psychosocial stressors, burnout, gaps in culture and safety, and inconsistent systems all affect well-being — and leaders often notice issues late and feel unsure how to respond.
Organisations enrol to build a stronger workplace culture, better engagement and retention, earlier risk detection and confident people leaders. Teams gain practical ideas to strengthen culture, improve support systems and build a sustainable mental wellness approach.
Practical learning
Fourteen hours of classroom training — case studies based on workplace scenarios, role plays for manager–employee conversations, group exercises and behaviour modelling, and practical tools and templates for implementation — followed by a written assessment and an assessed role-play.
