Course overview
Scam and cybercrime cases in Singapore run into the tens of thousands a year, and most losses come from victims being manipulated into transferring funds themselves.
This two-day programme builds anti-scam readiness in four steps — spot, verify, respond, support — so the whole team can prevent the loss, protect the trust and be prepared.
Practical learning
Real scam patterns, verification drills and response procedures are rehearsed so the right action is automatic when a suspicious request arrives.
